In this case, we\'re using smoked bacon fat for a delicious bacon infused bourbon Old fashioned recipe. Bacon Bourbon ingredients - 750 ml Bourbon - 1.5 oz Warm and filtered bacon fat (from a smoky bacon) Method Pour bacon over the bourbon and stir. Let infuse for 12 hours and then place in the freezer for another 12 hours Strain through coffee filter and bottle.
