I’ve made a velvet blouse with silk lining. I’ll show it on a table first, and then I’ll try it on. What is interesting here is that the neckline is pretty wide. You can make it as wide as you want. Just make it beautiful. You’ll see that the lining covers the whole blouse. There are 2 tucks in the lining, and also 2 pintucks on the front. The raglan sleeve is very small. You may think that this blouse is too simple, but it makes the skirt look amazing. The thing is that to look stylish you don’t have to wear complicated outfits or unusual dresses. Remember that small details make you look more elegant. You can wear such blouse with half-circle or circle skirts, for example. Or even with a lacy skirt. You don’t necessarily have to wear such blouse only with velvet skirts. The seams are very small. The welt is pretty wide both on the back and on the front. It’s strengthened by an adhesive material.
