'Fashion Show - Reversible Knitwear - Emily Keller'
03:21 Jan 21, 2022
'Emily Keller Reversible Fashion Show during SHANGHAI Fashion Week. All knit fabrics are designed and developed by me, Emily. Every fabric is designed to be reversible, to be worn on both sides. Each side is designed to look very different from the other side to create options. It\'s about using the fabric and constructing the garment to its full potential. Customers get 2 garments in 1. The amount of resources to make a reversible garment are the same as an ordinary garment, so it\'s not energy intensive. Fashion is the 2nd largest polluter in the world, next to the oil industry. Having 2 garments in 1 offers more options while using less resources like water, electricity, wool, and cotton. New Yorkers spend over $2,000 on clothes, and over 100 hours shopping for those clothes annually. Our reversibility and product support give a larger sense of wardrobe value and satisfaction, encouraging closet loyalty. This means less money and time spent shopping, and more room for the things that matter. Dress responsibly.
