[0:42]European Knot: So the first scarf style is the European Knot, also called the Parisian Knot, the Slip Knot, the Novice, The French or the City Slicker,  and it looks something like this. Its is literally the easiest and most common  way of wearing the scarf and is super popular. Here are the steps involved: Step 1: Take your scarf, hold both the ends of the scarf together and form a loop that looks something like  this. So now your scarf has 2 ends: a looped end and a tail end. Step 2: Now put your scarf around your neck, something like this. Step 3: Now put the tail end through the loop, something like this.  And that would be the Parisian or European Knot. And when you are doing this, make sure that the loop that you’ve tied is about chest high or at chest level. A little bit above the chest level is fine but below it will look terrible!  [2:25] Reverse Drape :  Step 1) Take the scarf and put it around your neck, ensure both  the ends are at the same level. Step 2) Take one end, this can be any end, and put it behind your shoulder on the opposite side, something like this. I took the left end it and put it behind my right shoulder, something like this. Step 3) Now do the same for the other end.  And that is the reverse drape.  It\'s like a variation of the Once Around, but instead of taking the end of the scarf all the way around your neck, you are just leaving it behind your shoulder. Here is how this scarf style looks from the front and the back. This look adds elegance to your outfit and will give you a muffled appearance. This style is perfect if you are wearing a sweater with a leather jacket or a  sweater with a denim jacket, a sweater with an overcoat, or even just a sweater with  a shirt underneath, with jeans and shoes so basically all the outfits that are good with the European Knot.   [3:26] Reverse Drape Cross: Here are the steps.  Step 1) Take the scarf, and put it around your neck, something like this. Ensure one end is longer, any end is fine, I have chosen the left end to be longer but you can take the right end also. Step 2) Take the longer end, put it around your neck something like this. Step 3) At the moment, this looks like the once around, right? Now here is where the fun kicks in, take both the ends of your scarf, and cross them over,  like this.   And that my friends, is the reverse drape cross and it looks amazing. And its just like the name suggests, we first reverse draped the scarf, but instead of leaving the ends or tails of the scarf behind, we put them in the front and crossed them over.  [4:26] Ascot Knot: Also called the Overhand. Steps: Step 1) Take your scarf and put it around your neck. Ensure one end is longer, any end should be fine. I have chosen the right end but you can take the left end also. Step 2) Take the two ends and form a cross. Now take the longer end, and put it through from behind the cross or the shortened end, and bring it forward, something like this. And that’s it. That is the ascot knot.  You can wear this scarf style with a partially buttoned  blazer, or even a partially zipped leather jacket or something like this. The goal of wearing the scarf this way is to essentially cover the chest area as you can see here.
