'This is a story that grew out of a BBC project to highlight the challenges and achievements of women around the world. #100Women. On \"Impact\", presenter Yalda Hakim introduced a film about how two women from very different backgrounds made a life-changing connection as part of the project. It focused on how a young Cambodian woman who grew up in the slums of Phnom Penh realised her dream to become a fashion designer. She was then joined in the studio by Ilona Vinogradova, who produced the film and Rupa Ganguli, Director of Clothing Connect who advises governments and businesses on the garment industry and also runs a global organisation, Spinna.Org, for women entrepreneurs to mentor and train each other in textiles and fashion.'
